Righter, of True North Trinity, serves Berks County and surrounding areas through her work as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy Facilitator, Energy Work  Master/Teacher, Life Coach, and Ordained Minister. Ms. Righter integrates Reiki, coaching, and spiritual mentorship into her CFT and massage work.

She believes that blending these modalities better supports her clients in unwinding ancestral trauma… body, mind, heart and soul.

Laura founded True North Trinity as a safe space to heal. Her extensive education, intuitive gifts, and well over a decade of experience provide uniquely transformative sessions.

Dena Breslin

For more than 30 years, Dena’s passion has been out-of-the-box sales strategies, simplifying leadership development, and mind-body transformation. A former physician assistant, she's a firm advocate for holistic health and wellness.

She leans into interrupting old patterns, reminding you of your gifts and power, quieting the voice of the ego. By rewiring the words you use with yourself and others (spouses, children, coworkers, friends) and releasing old stuck emotions, Dena brings out the more honest, authentic you. The shift is profound and it’s this transformation that gives you the NEW life outcomes you’ve been wishing for!

Jennifer Larsh 

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership development, Jen Larsh has always been driven by one mission: helping others reach their highest potential.

Her diverse background in physician practice marketing, pharmaceutical sales, and direct sales leadership laid the foundation for what would become her greatest passion—empowering people to uncover the root causes of disease and restore balance through holistic health.

Her personal journey began in 2016, when her father was diagnosed with cancer. Determined to explore every possible avenue, she connected him with a holistic physician. Together, they embraced a radical change in nutrition and incorporated homeopathic support—leading to a remarkable outcome. By the end of that year, her father was cancer-free. This life-changing experience sparked Jen’s unwavering belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right tools and support.

She founded LifeForce Energetix, and specializes in microscopic cellular nutrition—a powerful, yet uncommon approach that she calls the missing link to true wellness.
